The present document is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter, the “licensor”) and FILM LOCATION STORE SERVICIOS WEB, S.L. Please read carefully, since by uploading content to our web pages, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the present Agreement. If you accept this Agreement on behalf of your company, you are advised that the present licence and all restrictions and limitations listed herein will apply to that company and to yourself as its representative.

Images of locations are to be posted on the web free of charge, although the subsequent purchase of those images by the interested users may generate profit to be determined by FILM LOCATION STORE SERVICIOS WEB, S.L.

1.- FILM LOCATION STORE SERVICIOS WEB, S.L. grants the licensee the personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the images purchased in WWW.FILMLOCATIONSTORE.COM for preparing designs or as reference images for projects, during a period limited to 30 days, with no geographical limits.

2.- The licensee cannot give, sub-licence, sell, lend, rent, or by any means transfer images to any other natural or legal person, and may not transfer the right to use images in any way not specified in the previous clause. Under the present Agreement the licensee agrees to adopt all means at his/her disposal to avoid the duplication of these images or their distribution to third parties.

3.- The Images:

- Images may not be used as part of a logo, a commercial or registered trademark, or in any way that encroaches on a trade name.

- Images may not be used for pornographic, injurious, defamatory, fraudulent, encroaching or generally illegal purposes.

The user agrees to release FILM LOCATION STORE SERVICIOS WEB, S.L. from responsibility to third parties for any damage arising from the use of Images in other ways than those expressly authorised by the present Agreement. The user also agrees to indemnify FILM LOCATION STORE SERVICIOS WEB, S.L. accordingly.

4.- FILM LOCATION STORE SERVICIOS WEB , S.L. will assume no responsibility to the licensee or final user of the Images for any damage resulting from the use of or the inability to use an Image. In all cases, the liability of FILM LOCATION STORE SERVICIOS WEB, S.L. will be exclusively limited to that price paid by the licensee for the Image, and the company shall not be responsible for those images that the licensee has modified, manipulated or combined with other images or material.

 5.- This Agreement will be governed by the current Spanish legislation and any dispute will be brought before the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville. Nonetheless, the above does not limit the right of FILM LOCATION STORE SERVICIOS WEB, S.L. to resolve any litigation in a different competent jurisdiction in the case that it judges it necessary.
