- That if Filmlocationstore decides to take measures in order to disable or cancel access to the allegedly illegal content or services, or cancel access to the services the allegedly offender is provided with, and if subsequently it is shown that the information provided was untrue or inaccurate, Filmlocationstore shall not be held responsible for any claim by third parties as a consequence of damages caused by taking such measures, including the cost of attorneys’ fees and expenses related to the defence of Filmlocationstore’s interests.
The document should include the physical or electronic signature of the person reporting the illegal act, the owner of the allegedly infringed copyright, or if applicable, of the person authorised to act for and on his or her behalf.
